Business Administrative assistant 

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary: $25 per hour

Vacation: 4% paid vacation or two weeks vacation days

The main product of Boltz Technology Ltd. provides convenient charging solutions. Our power stations provide instant charging solutions for portable devices when battery is running low. We target the entire North American market, and our app is specifically designed for our target users.  Due to the development of the company, we are in now seeking an Administrative Assistant.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings and keep track of critical dates and ensure all appointments are tracked
  • Attend and take notes at meetings
  • Editing, revising and formatting of letters, reports, memos, forms and other materials using MS Office applications
  • Transmit correspondence to the appropriate parties by email, mail or fax
  • Complete administrative forms, such as expense reports
  • Keep accurate copies of invoices and receipts received
  • Assist marketing manager with ads posting and responding on social media
  • Data entry and crosschecking
  • Assist in the preparation of inventory controls
  • General Administrative Duties

 

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a one- or two-year college diploma in administrative assistant or secretaries, or previous related experience is required
  • Previous related working experience is an asset
  • Excellent English oral and writing ability is required
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Work under pressure
  • Attention to detail
