Light Duty- Cleaner

Salary: $16.25 per hour for 40 hours a week

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
• Dust furniture; Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom and working areas, fixtures and appliances
• Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
• Clean and disinfect elevators
• Handle and report lost and found items
• Ensure toiletries and other items supplies are sufficient
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties Wash windows, walls and ceilings

Eligibility Requirements:

• No minimum educational requirements
• No prior experience required
• Able to lift heavy loads
• Required combination of sitting, standing, walking, crouching and kneeling
• A sound criminal background check clearance
• Ability to work within teams
• Strong written and oral communication over English language to efficiently deliver services.
• A reliable and organized team member
• Able to handle increased workload and work well under pressure
