Specific Skills: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Building cleaning,inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards, maintenance and repair work, performing inventory and ordering cleaning & maintenance supplies, Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services (including but not limited to window cleaning, power-washing and carpet cleaning), preparing work schedules for various seasonal projects, Assist cleaners in performing duties, Co-ordinate work activities with leasing agents and maintenance personnel, instructing staff in work policies and procedures and the use and maintenance of equipment, Establish work schedules, Investigating complaints about cleaning and maintenance work and taking corrective action, recommending changes that could improve standards and increase operational effeciency, Ensuring appropriate staffing for month end when tight deadlines need to be met, drafting and handing out notices for specifice tasks when necessary, preparing a statment of work completed in suites followin a move-out.

Additional Skills: Hiring & traing new staff and sourcing out task-specifice contractors.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
