Manager (Restaurant and Business Co- Ordination)

Avani Asian Indian Bistro located at 801 Matheson Blvd. W, Mississauga, ON L5V 2N6 Requires 1 Manager (Restaurant and Business Co- Ordination) On Perm/ FT basis, Salary 27.00 Per Hour for minimum of 30 hours or above per week, Must have 1-2 Year Experience in Indian Restaurant and Catering.

Job Duties

1. Ensure smooth operations of the Restaurant along with health and safety compliance
2. Co-ordinate with the Kitchen team for consistency in taste and quality along with continuous improvement, alterations, editions in the menu items.
3. Logistics and Management co-ordination between the restaurant locations,
4. Recruitment and Training of Staff
5. Oversee Inventory Management, Place Orders and execute returns and exchanges
6. Meet with large volume event clients for setting the Menu, price quotation and finalising the negotiations
7. Assist the management to participate in community events, launch seasonal promotions etc.
8. Any other relevant tasks

Additionally 10 paid vacations and 10 paid sick leaves will be provided.
