Welders

Hercules Custom Fabrication Ltd. located at 2907 Cedar Creek Road, Ayr, Ontario, N0B 1E0, requires 4 Welders on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 27 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. Experience required - 3 years to less than 5 years as a welder. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. JOB DUTIES AS A WELDER

1. Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform welding task at hand.
2. Perform FCAW, GMAW, and other types of welds based on project needs
3. Ability to weld with heavy duty (3/32”) wire for pro long hours
4. Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience or project instructions.
5. De-bur and grind metal as necessary to achieve proper surface text.
6. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
7. Professionally operate manual and semi-automatic flame cutting equipment
8. All other relevant tasks
