Receptionist
Primary Duties:
Greet all people coming in to the facility in a professional and courteous manner; Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls to appropriate personnel; Ensure confidentiality of clients and client records; Record incoming / outgoing mail and faxes and place in appropriate mailbox /slot; Order supplies as required for staff and program needs; Ensure the supply room is stocked, clean and organized for staff to find office supplies easily.Must have ability to work with general office equipment and MicroSoft programs; Assist Administrative Assistant with filing and other duties from time to time; and is responsible for retrieving and returning files in the filing room; and assisting in maintaining the electronic filing system, or Addictions Management Information System (AMIS).
Starting Salary: $41,600.00 pending qualifications and experience
People selected for this position must be an abstainer of alcohol, cannabis & illegal drugs for at least 4 months. An understanding of Indigenous culture & the ability to speak Cree is an asset.
