Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives for industrial valve products.
  • Identify potential customers and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the industrial sector, including engineering firms, contractors, and end-users.
  • Understand customer requirements, applications, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical trainings to educate customers on the features, benefits, and proper usage of our industrial valve products.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to provide technical support and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, negotiating terms and closing sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our products and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial valve industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial valve products, applications, and relevant industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, provide technical solutions, and close sales.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical inquiries and challenges.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as required.
