Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Jewellery Store Supervisor to lead our professional sales team into the future.

As a Jewellery Store Supervisor, ideal candidate will be asked to:

• Supervise, direct, and co-ordinate Jewellery sales staff and workers

• Present products and detailed information including product features, benefits, and availability, responding quickly to customer needs.

• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules

• Achieve personal and team sales and profit targets

• Maintain the sales and promotion for company online store and develop the sales in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and and so on

• Resolve customer complaints; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

• Perform opening and closing of store to ensure the store is ready and safe for business

• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise on a daily basis at opening and closing of the store

• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, inventory, staff, and safety

• Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

• Developing and implementing marketing strategies

• Perform the same duties as workers supervised

Skills Requirements

• Completion of secondary school is required. College diploma or university degree in the field of business, commerce and management or related study will be an asset.

• 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience as a retail salesperson, sales clerk, or cashier is required. Fashion, luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Good communication skills in English. Bilingual (Punjabi) is considered as an asset.

• Available to work flexible schedules days, weekends, and holidays.
