Job Duties:   

• Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat.

• Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting.

• Prepare meat for special display.

• Make sure food storage conditions are adequate.

• Wrap and package prepared meats.

• Weigh meats for sale.

• Price meat products.

• Prepare special orders.

• Sell meats to Customers.
