Job Title: Baker

Job Description:

• Bake mixed dough and batters.
• Prepare special orders.
• Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Draw up production schedules.
• Train staff if required.
• Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• Operate machinery.
• Organize and maintained inventory.
• Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods.

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time
Wage: $16.55 hourly for 30 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay of the remuneration.

Qualification/Skills/Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 7 months to 1 year of experience in commercial baking
- Language: Speak English, Read English, and Write English
