JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a passionate and responsible Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in managing all aspects related to customer service operations and maintenance. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction for our valued customers. JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES:
- Supervising and coordinating the work of customer service representatives, and agents engaged in various tasks such as record keeping, providing information, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assigning and reviewing tasks to ensure efficient and accurate completion of responsibilities.
- Creating work schedules and implementing procedures to optimize customer service operations.
- Collaborating with other units and departments to streamline activities and improve overall service delivery.
- Preparing and submitting progress reports and relevant documentation to track performance and ensure transparency.
- Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions to equip staff with job duties and company policies.
- Ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems and equipment, arranging maintenance and repairs as needed.
- If necessary, performing customer service duties alongside the team to support and lead by example.
- Other related duties as needed.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, Full-time, Long Term.
HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week
WAGES: $34.67 per hour
OVERTIME: One and one-half times the regular wage rate as per provincial regulations.
BENEFITS PACKAGE:
- Insurance from Workplace Safety and Insurance Board covered by employer.
- Vacation pay as per provincial regulations will be paid each payday on a semi-monthly basis.
LOCATION OF WORK: 12387 84th Ave., Surrey, BC V3W 3G8 Canada
ANTICIPATED START DATE OF EMPLOYMENT: As soon as possible.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Completion of Secondary school is required.
- Completion of College diploma is an asset.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- One year customer service related experience is required.

- Sometimes work in a noisy and distracting environment.
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.

- Must be available for all hours of operation including overtime and weekend work as required.
