Wage:   $18.00 per hour (full-time position; 37.5 hours per week)

Job Description:

• cutting, trimming and preparing standard cuts of meat
• removing bones from meat
• cutting poultry into parts
• grinding meats
• preparing special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
• shaping, lacing and tying roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
• cleaning meats to prepare for processing or cutting
• wrap and package prepared meats
• weighing meats for sale to customers
• receive deliveries of meat and checking their content and hygiene.
• ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Job Requirements:   Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience
