Inbound Customer Service (64409)

Job duties:

• Respond to inquiries over the phone and in person by providing information to consumers and the general public.
• Assist several departments in facilitating wor and service of the entire companyès product line. 
• Work together with clients to identify issues and make sure the right questions are addressed. 
• Respond to al clients questions and ut out a report for management to evaluate.
• Coorinate meetings and appointments for the clients and provide administrative support accordingy.
• Maintain awareness of all consumer needs and offer effective responses and make sure the data is accurate and verify it for all customer care. 
• Perform various administrative and other functions, including but not limited to conflict checks, maintain, and organize clients files, and maintain clients lists.
