We, Pho Cuu Long o/a Pho Cuu Long Restaurant is currently looking for 2 full-time, permanent Food Service Supervisors. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Work location: 757 St Mary’s Road, Winnipeg, MB R2M 3N6

Salary & Overtime: $14.15/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk & overtime provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk  

Paid Vacation: 4% paid vacation

Language: English

Education: Completion of secondary school

Experience: 1~2 years of relevant work experience

Job duties:

  – Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of restaurant staff

  – Establish methods to meet work schedules

  – Prepare food order summaries for chef

  – Ensure that food served, and service provided meet Restaurant standards

  – Ensure that the presentation of menus meet quality standard

  – Ensuring compliance to health and safety standards

  – Monitor inventories and estimate and order ingredients and supplies

  – Provide regular training for all restaurant staff in job duties, food production, sanitation, and safety procedures

  – Resolve work-related problems
