We, Lael Juel Kang's Sushi Baro/a Bento Sushi are currently looking for 2 full-time, permanent Cooks. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants)

Work Setting: Sushi Store
Salary & Benefit: $14.25/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk with 4% paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/wk
Language: English
Education: Completion of secondary school
Experience: 1 ~2 years of relevant work experience

Job duties:
- Prepare, measure, and check quality ingredients
- Prepare and cook complete sushi and other dishes in our menus (salads, rice bowls)
- Prepare and make other products being used for cooking (including cooking rice, sushi rolling, cutting, sorting, and packaging)
- Ensure food safety and food quality meet the standard
- Answer customers' questions and offer recommendations
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Monitor stock and report when there are shortages
- Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations
