Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, experienced  Building operator - maintenance to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and knowledgeable in his field

Building Maintenance Operator will maintain 700.000 sq. feet of our distribution center and 87.500 sq. feet of our office space.  We want to be sure our buildings are maintained in accordance with healthy standards. You will sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems,  contact tradespersons for major repairs if needed, perform minor repairs on appliances, water and tend to plants, lawns, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. You will work with minimal supervision

We offer competitive salary $ 21 hourly and medical benefits.  It is permanent position with  35 hours per week

Education requirements:  secondary school diploma  or solid experience as building maintenance worker.

Experience: 7 months to 1 year
