Warehouse Supervisor

Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of workers engaged in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of warehouse stock products,
• Processing purchasing transactions; Co-ordinating distribution work; dispatching crews; scheduling crews and routes; and other related activities,
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments,
• Move inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouse,
• Coordinating inventory transfers with related departments,
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work,
• Resolve work-related problems,
• Plan, manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers in the warehouse,
• Arrange training for staff, and conduct performance reviews,
• Maintain inventory by conducting monthly counts; reconciling variances; inputting data,
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies,
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization,
• Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to the order and ensure all goods are in excellent condition.
