Book Keeper
Team Reality Delta Inc. is looking for a knowledgeable, passionate, hard working and honest “Book Keeper” for our store situated in Surrey BC.
Position: Book Keeper
Vacancy: 1
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time 40 hr / week
Wage: $28.00 / hour for 40 hours per week
Work Language: English
Education: College, CEFEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in same or related field.
Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Unit 4A, 30 Topflight Drive Mississauga, Ontario Canada L5S 0A8
Job Duties:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Post the journal entries.
- Maintain the ledger accounts, trial balance and other financial statements.
- Make entries of all the damages, repair and other expenses.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports as per the requirement.
- Prepare tax returns.
- Keep financial records up to date.
- Establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems and Computer Applications like, MS Excel; MS Word; Accounting software; Simply Accounting; MS Outlook Security.
- Detail oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
Additional Skills: Having knowledge of all accounting software’s including MS Excel; MS Word; QuickBooks and so on.
