Job Duties:

• Manage Kitchen Operations

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individuals dishes

• Plan menus, determine size of the food portions, estimate food requirements and costs

• Clean kitchen and work areas

• Assist and provide necessary training to the employees in food handling

• Supervise kitchen operations

• Food, supplies and equipment must be inventoried and recorded.

• Inspect kitchen area
