Salary: 16.55 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per Week

Responsibilities

Tasks

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances

Estimate food requirements, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment

Inspect Kitchens and food service areas

Assist in scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers

Manage kitchen operations and inspect the kitchen and food service areas

Clean Kitchen and work areas and manage kitchen operations

Set up, clean, and organize kitchen and work area

Hire and train kitchen staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food
