Our specialty is cleaning work gloves but we also clean various personal protection equipment, shop towels, and uniforms.

We have the ability to clean any type of work glove on the market including Cotton and String Knits, Cut Resistant Gloves, Leather Work Gloves, Welding Gloves and Gear, Chemical Resistant Gloves, Palm Coated Gloves, Paint Shop Gloves and many more.

Dry Cleaner Helper (TEER 65320)

Education Required: 

  • Secondary education or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • On-the-job training  

Job Duties: 

  • Hand fold, bundle and group products 
  • Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that establishment standards are met
  • Clean and clear-out area after every contract 
  • Sort products by style, colour, size, length or other criteria
  • Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment; Load and unload cages and bins 
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Ensure optimal health and safety are maintained throughout the workday 
  • Report to the Plant Manager, responsible for sorting clean gloves and other items in an efficient and timely manner
  • Perform other duties according to the position, specified by Lead Hand or Plant Manager
