Tayo Enterprises Ltd. (DBA: Subway) is located in Vancouver, BC. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team and help us make our customers happy.

Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate.

Language: English

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage:  C$27.50/ hr

Location: 2569 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC, Canada V5N 4C1

Main Duties of Store Manager will be:

• Manage the restaurant independently without any supervision. 
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate and implement the operations of the subway.
• Manage staff and assign duties.
• Implement operational procedures by identifying, outline, and implement clear processes adapted to the restaurant’s signature style.
• Hire staff when needed and manage staff training and retention, as well as for the safety measures.
• Inspect performance of the staff and set staff work schedules
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budget, authorize expenditure and monitor revenues.
• Modify procedures and regulate inventory, monitor the generation of revenue
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Evaluate and improve customer services and respond to customer requests and issues.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and are up to date
• Oversee plans and schedules with suppliers for food and other ingredients
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of the staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
• Be able to supervise 3 to 4 people at all times.
• Be able to use MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Windows
