Salary: 17.00 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per Week

Terms of Employment: Permanent employment -Full time

Day, Early Morning, Morning, Weekend

Responsibilities

Tasks

Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation

Establish work schedules and procedures

Maintain records of stock, sales, and wastage

Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

 

Supervision

3-4 people

Food and beverage servers

Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Kitchen and food service helpers
