Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join us as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall strategy, growth, and success of Amoghah Consultancy Ltd. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in business leadership, agile coaching, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plan in collaboration with the executive team and stakeholders.
- Provide strong leadership, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing executive team, fostering professional growth and development.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role.
- Strong background in Business, Agile Coaching, and Change Management.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and organizational growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
- A track record of effective team leadership and talent development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
