Warehouse Supervisor

Located in Vancouver, BC Home Billiards Sales and Service is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

â–ª      Supervise warehouse staff, which includes people working on the floor

â–ª      Recruit and help train employees

â–ª      Evaluate self-on-the-job performance, as well as other staff

â–ª      Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock

â–ª      Ensure shipments are accurate and in tune with the company’s standards

â–ª      Maintain health and safety measures and warehouse cleanliness.

â–ª      Organize and distribute staff schedules

â–ª      Help, drive, motivate, and encourage warehouse staff to achieve sales accurately and damage-free shipping.

â–ª      Handle customer complaints, issues, and questions.

Required Education & Experience.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position
• Completion of a high school diploma is mandatory;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in billiards equipment maintenance and repair preferred

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

â–ª      Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills

â–ª      Must have PC skills, including the ability to use database marketing and Microsoft Office Suite

â–ª      Must have great customer service skills

â–ª      Must have the ability to drive

â–ª      Must be able to work for at least 6-8 hours a day

â–ª      Bi-lingual skills are an advantage.

â–ª      Ability to lift 75lbs regularly.

Pay Rate/ Salary: $28.85 per hour
