Kitchen Helper 

Lucille's Oyster Dive has been offering oysters and traditional seafood dishes since 2009.The goal is to offer our guests the best selection of oysters on both the East and West Coasts. Depending on seasonal availability, the oyster selection changes daily. While traditional dishes include lobster rolls and fish & chips, Lucille's cuisine varies and modernizes its seafood dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Wash and peel vegetables and fruit

• Wash worktables, cupboards, and appliances

• Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers

• Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas

• Sweep and mop floors and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.

• Dishwashing may be required at times

• Running food to tables may be required at times

Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.

• Ability to use common kitchen equipment and appliances safely.

• Able to multitask efficiently.

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $15.25 an hour 

Bonus: Potential bonus of 15% of annual salary at employers’ discretion

Benefits: None, Two weeks of paid vacation annually

Job Type: Full-time permanent, minimum of 32 hours per week

Language: At least intermediate level of proficiency in English is required.
