Duration: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 32/week Minimum
Salary: $38.50/hr
Overtime: As per provincial standards - $57.75 after 8hrs/day, 40hrs/week
Language of work: English
Education: Minimum Bacehlor Degree
Experience: Minimum 5 Years or more
Duties and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate administrative services
- Collect and record administrative and service fees
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services
- Interview, hire and provide training for staff
- Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
Benefits: As per mutual agreement 4% vacation pay of the gross salary or 10 days of annual paid vacation.
