No of Positions: 2 Work Location: 360 Conklin, Brantford, Ontario, N3T 0N5, Canada Shift - Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Overtime, Weekend Job Duties: • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. • Establish work schedules. • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage • Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures • Ensure food service and quality control. • Prepare and submit reports. • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Education: • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: • Minimum 1 year’s experience is required. Language: • English is required. Supervision – 5 to 10 people Transportation/travel information - Public transportation is available.
