Responsibilities/Tasks
- Establish and follow office procedures for smooth operations.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and consultations with students and educational institutions.
- Respond to inquiries, providing information about studying abroad and Studyroots Canada's services.
- Compile data related to student applications and institutional partnerships to support consultancy effectiveness.
- Maintain office supplies inventory, ensuring readiness for consultancy operations.
- Welcome and direct visitors, creating a professional and informative environment.
- Manage mail and communication flow, prioritizing confidentiality and prompt processing.
- Organize and secure filing systems for student records and institutional communications.
- Prepare, proofread, and manage consultancy-related documents with precision.
- Perform accurate data entry for student and institutional information in the database.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries with guidance and support.
