Roles and Responsibilities for One Available Position:

 

General Manager - Financial, Communications And Other Business Services

 

  • Act as a passionate and professional operational leader, mentor, motivator and positive innovator who creates opportunities and makes decisions that support sales, company growth and overall team’ experience and retention.
  • Define business strategy, set bold timelines to execute that strategy, and guide cross-functional teams on the execution.
  • Maintain funds, budgets and optimize expenses to secure quarterly revenue growth.
  • Define the roadmap, hierarchy and other HR policies for company vision.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement targeted marketing campaigns for our clients.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client marketing strategy to drive customer retention, upsell, and advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze customer marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Preparing and executing a comprehensive outreach plan for generating new business.
  • Use client-service skills to build strong client relationships and deliver all program elements with excellence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, with proper segmentation and structure to  maximize performance and achieve the client’s goals.
  • Conduct formal performance evaluation process following HR policy and procedure.
  • Provide guidance and delegate responsibilities to subordinates to facilitate performing different tasks to support succession planning process.
  • Assure that all subordinates are following Valley Tech policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct.

Salary and Work details:

  • $85.75/hr with minimum 30 hours per week
  • $128.63/hr is the overtime rate, which starts after accumulative 44 hours in a week
  • 4% of gross pay is considered as holiday pay

Other Job Details:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree is required 
  • Minimum 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Full time permanent role in the company
