Duties

1. Oversee and coordinate the activities of kitchen and restaurant staff.
2. Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and tasks.
3. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
4. Keep records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
5. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Train new staff and monitor the performance of existing employees.
7. Ensure food quality and presentation meet established standards.
8. Contribute to the development of menus and promotional activities.
9. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Requirements

1. Secondary education preferred.
2. Previous experience in Food Service will be an asset.
3. Efficient interpersonal and good communication skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Ability to meet restaurant standards for health, safety, and excellence.
6. Ability to work well as part of a team.
