  Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients to increase revenue and drive growth.
  3. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and services, to ensure that business development efforts are integrated and aligned with overall company objectives.
  4. Manage a team of business development professionals and sales staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals and targets.
  5. Oversee and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and targets.
  6. Stay updated on the latest market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  7. Developing, Enhancing, implementing of comprehensive Sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
  8. Regular analysis of sales trends & coming up with sales techniques that target the right market with the right tools.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience of 5 years or more in sales management within the IT professional services sector or similar sector.
  3. Strong understanding of solutions, services, and industry trends.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  6. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  7. Ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  8. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and challenges.
  9. Proficient in CRM software, ATS and Microsoft Office suite.
