Administrative Officer
- Manage and oversee the administrative procedures and implement the new procedures and policies.
- Assign work to departments and meet work deadlines and ensure that procedures are followed.
- Manage policies and procedures associated with the disclosure of records while handling requests under the government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Organize and manage various office services, including but not limited to accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Perform analysis and supervise administrative activities associated with budgeting, contracting, and the processes of project planning and management.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.
Compensation & Hours:
Salary: 27.10 hourly / 30 hours per Week
Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Overtime Rate: $40.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week
Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
