  1. Manage and oversee the administrative procedures and implement the new procedures and policies.
  2. Assign work to departments and meet work deadlines and ensure that procedures are followed.
  3. Manage policies and procedures associated with the disclosure of records while handling requests under the government access to information and privacy legislation.
  4. Organize and manage various office services, including but not limited to accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  5. Perform analysis and supervise administrative activities associated with budgeting, contracting, and the processes of project planning and management.
  6. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  7. Contributing to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures.

 

Compensation & Hours:

Salary: 27.10 hourly / 30 hours per Week

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $40.65 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Education Required: Minimum College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years required
