Role: Office Administrator [(contract type i.e., full-time, permanent term)]
Location: 150 Hedgedale Road, Brampton, ON L6T 5L2
Salary: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour (To be Negotiated)

Employment Conditions: Pemanent, Full-time for 30 to 40 hours per Week
• We are in the urgent need of an Office Administrator who is professional and can oversees all the departments in our office and supervise 3 to 4 admin staff
• It is fast paced environment, attention to detail, comply with all tight deadlines and have to work under pressure
• The candidate must have an excellent oral communication, written in English Language, and have a basic computer skills and technology such as Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.
Peaks: We will be offering an overtime pay per hour after working 44 hours in any week. Further, we will give 10 days of paid vacation.

About you – preferred requirements for this role
An ideal candidate must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate along with minimum of 1 year of working experience as an Office Administrator or other senior role.

Duties:
- Review, evaluate and propose new administrative policies to the senior management
- Supervise administrative staff and assign responsibilities to ensure that the tasks are done in a timely manner
- Monitor and optimize office supply inventory in accordance with operational requirement
- Maintain office procedures by organizing office operations, controlling correspondence and designing systems
- Create and update records and database with personnel, financial and other data
- Streamline all administrative operational functions of the office, ensuring efficient and effective workflow across each department
- Liaison and coordinate the incoming calls, mails and other correspondence with utmost professionalism
- Assist accountant in planning monthly expenditures and budgets by preparing presentation and proposals as assigned
Working Hours in each week – 30 to 40 hours
