Residential Construction Supervisor

Permanent Position: Residential Construction Supervisor (NOC 72013)

Terms of Employment:  Permanent, Full Time (Overtime, weekend if required)

Wage Rate:  $37 - $38 per hour (40 hours per week)

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Education: High School required.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in similar industry.

Language: English.

Job Duties:

• Supervise, Co-coordinate the activities of construction workers

• Make estimates of quantities of materials and labor required

• Read Blueprints and drawings

• Hire and train new construction workers

• Cooperate with other subcontractors and clients and adjust work schedules accordingly

• Resolve any work problems or complications

• Prepare reports, evaluations, estimates, etc.

• Ensure that all workers know and follow necessary health and safety procedures

• Prepare work progress reports

 Additional Skills: Work at heights, must be able to lift 25 lbs.
