Job title: Sales Supervisor - retail

Location: 2120 N Park Dr Unit#5, Brampton, ON L6S 0C9

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated)

Working hours:  30 hr to 40 hrs per week

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time

Tasks

Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain inventory, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, Lead, coach other members to improve sales number, Focus on sales growth and aim to achieve monthly sales target.
