Salary: $22.00 per hour/40 hr per week; overtime: $33.00 after total of 44 hours in a week

Job Description:
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
- Perform daily safety and security checks and perform minor repairs as requested.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Complete regular maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repairs.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris.
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Overlook inventory of supplies and equipment and order appliances as per the need.
- Adjust and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with 1 year to less than 2 years
