Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Prepare financial records and statements, and related schedules for month-end.
  • Maintain bank, credit card, general ledger, financial statements and  perform reconciliations.
  • Prepare and track account balances, including trial balance of books and transactions, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Post journal entries and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Perform payroll duties.
  • Prepare HST/ tax filings.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Perform other related duties when required.
