Salary: $42.95 CAD per hour

Working hours: Minimum 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate: $64.43 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Formulate and implement strategic plans to increase the company's presence in the business.
2. Analyze current market trends to identify trends in web design, UI/UX, e-commerce, software development, and digital marketing and create detailed reports on market Circumstances, customer behavior, and competition activity to help you make smart business decisions.
3. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their individual business needs and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
4. Work closely with project managers and Communicate project timelines, milestones, and updates to clients.
5. Create and deliver engaging proposals to prospective clients that outline the company's services and solutions.
6. Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade fairs to expand your network of new clients, partners, and professionals.
7. Work closely with other departments to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Education and Required Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience of 1 year to less than 2 years required.
