Job Title – Administrative assistant

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (at least 37.5 hours per week)

Wages: $27/ Hour

Number of Positions: 03

Language Requirement: English

Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible

Minimum Education Required: Completion of secondary school is usually required.

Work Experience Required: At least 1 year of work experience is required in a similar role

Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings, confirm appointments, record meetings, maintains minutes of meetings and supports visitors.
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Manages the documentation and filing systems both manual and computerized.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
Book conferences and co-ordinate with all the participants of the conference if required.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible for documents and/or communication handling of the organization which includes creating, proofreading, editing or publishing the documents/communication internally or externally.
