Human resources officer

Human resources officer is required at:  Info Matics

 Job Duties:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Assess the current staffing needs of the company, create, and post job openings for a range of positions, and oversee the entire recruitment process.
• Screen the applicants and shortlist the suitable candidates.
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures.
• Review candidate portfolios, contact potential candidates to arrange interviews, manage relocations, and handle job postings.
• Arrange and participate in panels for testing and selection to evaluate applicants.
• Evaluate entitlements, train staff, and offer information or services, such as employee support, advice, and recognition schemes.
• Notify candidates regarding the results of selection process.
• Develop training and development programs and prepare job proposals.
• Maintain the employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
• Manages the administration of project safety, accident, and hazard communication programs to maintain safe work environments.

Experience And Education:

• Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of Relevant experience

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Salary, Working Hours, Overtime And Vacation Pay: 

• $33.15 CAD Per Hour

• Minimum 30 hours per week

• Overtime Rate $49.73 per hour starting after 44 hours per week

• Holiday pay: 4% of gross pay
