Marketing assistant

Title: Marketing Assistant 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the features of products or services intended for promotion to identify the marketing and advertising requirements of a business.
• Provide clients with guidance on opportunities and strategies related to marketing, advertising, or sales promotion.
• Develop policies, strategies, and content for the digital marketing and advertising campaigns of the company.
• Set up social media accounts, keep the account updated and manage customer reviews.
• Develop, execute, and evaluate the new policies and strategies to inform employees and clients of the company regarding the initiatives and targets.
• Carry out surveys to collect data regarding the interest of each client served by the company.
• Schedule interviews, conference, and media events.
• Work progressively towards promoting the business on all digital platforms.
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.
• Work on preparation of reports, brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Prepare contracts.

Compensation, Hours and Other Details:

Salary and Hours: $30.50 (per hour) with 30 hours per week

Overtime Rate and Holiday Pay: $45.75 per hour starting after 44 hours per week || 4% of the gross pay

Employment Requirement: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years with exeprience of 1 year to less than 2 years in similar role.
