General manager, sales - trade, broadcasting and other services

Location: Etobicoke, ON M9W 6L2

Salary: $64.00 per hour for 30 hours per week

Number of vacancies: 1

Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Type: Permanent employment 

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that overall volume, revenue and profit targets are achieved and all key products and services are actively managed
• Participates and actively contributes to the leadership and strategic direction of Titan Technical as a member of the Senior Management Team
• Maintains expenditure within budget and continuously monitors, reviews and improves efficiencies in Sales and Marketing
• Maximizes revenue opportunities, spearheading initiatives to expand Titan Technical market share, and improve customer retention, satisfaction and relationship management
• Ensures the integrity of pricing and discounting structures and processes
• Implements approved policies & procedures to prevent revenue leakages
• Assures an efficient and effective sales process is in place
• Ensures that Sales and Marketing is properly resourced to achieve its strategic and operational goals and that the requisite employee performance review, training, development and succession plans are aligned
• Leads and directs assigned workforce, monitoring, appraising, motivating and disciplining as required 

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, or another related field.
• Minimum 5 years ‘of management and sales experience
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and other key performance indicators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and senior management.
• Competent in taking $500,001 - $1,500,000 budgetary responsibility
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
