Overtime: 1.5 times of gross pay after completion of 44 hours

Vacation Pay: 4% on every pay period

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying potential clients and partners for business growth.
  • Analyzing market trends and competition for strategic insights.
  • Formulating growth strategies and business development plans.
  • Delivering presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposiums and crafting and implementing business plans.
  • Converting leads into deals and negotiating contracts.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Coordinate development projects and address inquiries from business community members regarding potential development prospects.
  • Conducting in-depth market research to identify potential markets, trends, and consumer preferences related to beauty products.
  • Managing budgets and resources allocated for business development activities.
  • Work with the leadership/management team to implement business development initiatives, and to plan and attend events, tradeshows, webinars, presentations and conferences.
  • Generate business through outbound lead activity and research companies/opportunities to identify new prospects.
  • Create transformational business and product development opportunities - leveraging market insights, company strategy, and opportunistic thinking.

 Eligibility Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and deal-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting ideas and interacting with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and make informed decisions.
  • The ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Demonstrated networking skills and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities are often required.
  • One must be goal-driven and can contribute to revenue growth.
