Concrete Finisher (NOC 73100)

Wage: $45.78 per hour (full-time 40 hour/week) + benefits according to Union collective agreement

Location of Work:  Various locations across the Greater Toronto Area and Province of Ontario

Job Description:

• Concrete finishing; cutting and coring concrete; curing concrete; apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces;
• Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces, balconies and other structures;
• Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures and all other duties as required
• Checking, setting forms that hold concrete in place.
• Cleaning and inspecting surfaces for pouring issues.
• Pouring, smoothing and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float and screed
• Operate power vibrator to compact concrete
• Install anchor bolts, steel plates in freshly poured concrete

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Physically demanding; bending, crouching, kneeling, etc.

Job Requirements: Minimum 3 year of experience
