Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description: 

• Loading and unloading inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.

• Ensuring all incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.

• Recording the number of units handled and moved every day using production sheets.

• Inspect deliveries for damage, accuracy, and quality.

• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. 

• Handling opening of containers and crates, filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.

• Perform other material handling activities such as sorting and grading.

• Make labels and attach to goods, wrap goods, pack and unpack goods. 

Skills required:

• Physical Strength

• Reliable and punctual

• Working in fast paced environment

Pay rate: 

• $27.50 per hour

Education and Work experience:

• No degree, certificate or diploma

• Some work experience is an asset
