1444088 B.C. LTD is well known in the industry for its construction & renovation work. We are a fast growing company in BC, Canada. We are currently in need of two individuals to work as a Construction Worker (Full-Time) and help take our company, situated in Surrey, BC, Canada to a next level.

Position: Construction Worker

NOC: 75110

Terms of employment: Permanent / Full-Time

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $23.00/ hour for 40 hours per week

Language: English

Education: No minimum education requirement.

Experience: No Experience (will provide training)

Location: 6713 132 St, Surrey, BC, V3W 4L7

Main Duties:

• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to the work area.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
• Assist tradespersons in construction activities
• Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction such as mixers, compressors and pumps
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove asbestos and other hazardous materials as directed.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
• Assist in demolishing buildings.
• May have to interpret blueprints.

Work conditions and physical capabilities:
Fast-paced environment; Repetitive tasks; physically demanding; loud noise, May have to lift Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
