Responsibilities
Tasks
Handle telephonic and digital inquiries effectively; Coordinate scheduling and confirmation of loads with both existing and new vendors; Create and distribute meeting agendas and supportive materials utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Manage office supplies procurement and maintain inventory levels; Organize files and folders to compile necessary data and information to support business operations; Facilitate the distribution of both physical and electronic mail, while managing the flow of information; Provide training and support to fellow office staff in performing administrative tasks; Assist in the preparation of routine reports; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper documentation for all truck-related paperwork; Prepare, review, and refine various documents including correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, emails, and other related materials based on handwritten notes.
