Salary: 24.30 to 26.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Responsibilities
Tasks
Schedule and confirm appointments with existing and new clients; Order office supplies and maintain inventory; Open and distribute regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information; Train and support other office members to perform the administrative duties; Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; Liaise with executive and senior administrative staff to handle request and queries from director and senior manager; Ensure proper paperwork and review all documents pertaining to safety and compliance of the trucks
