NSUS Group Inc is seeking an experienced and dynamic iGaming Integrity and Security Technician to start as soon as possible.  We are tech consulting firm, specializing in gaming consultancy, B2B customer support, and business development services.

 

This is a full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week with a salary of $29/hour plus group health benefits (including medical, dental, and vision care), Life Insurance, RRSP program, TFSA, DPSP, free parking, paid training opportunities, team building activities, travel insurance and 12 days’ vacation. This position is eligible to receive a potential discretionary bonus. Our office is located at 700-2 Sheppard Ave E, North York, ON, M2N 5Y7 and you will be expected to work at our office onsite. The language of work for this position is English.

 

The main responsibilities for these positions include:

 

  • Communicating with users and documenting the technical problems being reported for various iGaming platforms
  • Consulting technical documents, reproducing and investigating the issues reported by users
  • Organizing and maintaining a detailed record of issues, from inception to solution
  • Providing timely technical solutions based on user guides, technical manuals, and documentation, such as our Security & Ecology Policy
  • Providing advice, training, and guidance to users in response to known issues on various platforms, ensuring users’ issues are fully addressed and resolved
  • Participating in the revision and redesign of software to avoid misuse and violations of our platform use protocols and policies, including data mining, use of scripts, and third-party programs
  • Documenting and reporting on user behaviours, statistics, and metrics on our platforms and networks
  • Participating in the recruitment and training of new hires
  • Assisting in taking security measures and processes in response to hacking, botting, and other cybersecurity incidents
  • Reporting misuse, privacy and security issues in accordance with GGPoker protocols

 

You must have the following qualifications:

 

  • Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or Network Administration
  • Extensive experience providing technical support in the iGaming industry and knowledge of gaming solutions including software and integrated systems
  • Extensive experience providing customer service or business development services
  • Specialized knowledge of game integrity, security ecology & protocol
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and drive solutions to complex problems
